Good News – Technology has made building your business a whole lot easier. The first people you enrol into the business are people you know, such as family, friends and colleagues. Then for many, once there are no more of these people the going gets tough. Finding more people is seems impossible and you hadn’t built your business sufficiently enough yet to demonstrate success. At this moment many owners lose confidence and give up because they can’t see immediate results.

The fact is there are many people who are successful in this business and they don’t have any better qualities than you. Why are they successful? Simple – they are willing to follow the basic process conscientiously.

Now growing your business has become a whole lot easier. You don’t have to go out and meet people all the time because we now have social networking and for many this is Facebook. On Facebook it is possible to build your business through the internet where you have an audience of billions. There are lots of ways you can go about this. You’ll have to do your own research on the best approach for you. I will suggest the book Facebook for Dummies as a start. You’ll find tonnes of ideas on Google. You can look up Ryan Stack on Google and you will find plenty of information and ways to build your business.

One important thing to remember is it is quality not quantity when building your team. Quality people (those that will follow the process diligently) working as a team will build your business faster with less effort. Funnily enough this will build the business and bring the quantity you want much quicker.
